What I truly love about this grocery store, specifically this location, is the personalized experience I often receive. When you shop at places like Whole Foods or Sprouts, it’s very common for me to complete an entire shopping trip without one employee acknowledging me. I feel so strongly about customer service that I have dedicated the last 25 years to helping improve the customer experience for Fortune 500 companies around the world. Without customers business can not and will not thrive. A few months ago, I noticed a few new team members. One of them by the name of DEE. Dee exceeds my expectations each and every time I visit Natural Grocers. She is always the first to say hello or to ask how I am doing, and the last person to say “have a great day”. She is professional, personable, thorough, and very knowledgeable about various products and promotions. In the times where she did not know the answer to my questions, she went above and beyond to get the answers. Employees like Dee keep businesses in operation. Natural Grocers has gained another loyal customer because of her."

"It was my first time here. Kinda pricey. Bought a couple of things. Bought these no dairy or meatless tamales for my daughter. I'm looking forward to seeing if they are delicious. These stores are not in California or where I live. I don't know if I'll visit again. Nice place to buy organic food."
