"I live in the area so this is one of the options I have to go to, I returned some items and the older lady at customer service register named sherry looked like she didn't want to be there or do her job, I told I was returning some items and she just grabbed them and dropped them on the counter with an attitude and didn't even make eye contact or engaged me whatsoever. I can feel her bad vibes and attitude...totally unprofessional and very bad experience, mgmnt does need to check their employees cause they can't be having these attitudes attending customers, she's lucky I'm a calm person but if she did that to someone with a short fuse or bad attitude they will tell her something and cause a scene and walmart will look bad"

"The parking lot was full of loose shopping carts. People around here can't be bothered to put them in the corrals. I got my prescription filled just fine. I was gonna get some cough drops and some Mucinex, but everything was locked up. Half the items in the store are behind a lock. Customers standing around all over the store waiting for somebody to unlock a product for them. At some point, Walmart decided it was better for their profits if they keep cough drops and laundry soap locked up at this particular location. Maybe if people stole less, Walmart wouldn't have to keep things locked up. I couldn't be bothered to ask for the cough drops to be unlocked, so I went home without. At least the chicken soup wasn't locked up."

The attention to detail provided by Diana Hong was impressive, and her customer service skills are excellent. She is a fine ambassador for Walmart."
