"I am almost a daily customer here for a few years now, In short! I came to the store after I found out that the Gplay card I bought needed to be activated by one of the cashier (not knowing this) after paying. I talked to the cashier at the self checkout if I can pay for the card here and without hesitation she said yes, I asked her again, do I need to go to one of the regular cashier to pay for the card, again, she said, “as long as you scan and pay for it, you’re good”., it turns out, no it is not good when I went home to find out. Came back to Smith’s spoke to the MGR and she is quick to blame me handed me a phone number to call and send me on my way.,..no apologies, not even greet me first. The worst morning crew at Smith’s today, seems like nobody wanted to deal with the problems they have caused. You have just lost a very loyal customer, happy to drive down the road to Neighborhood Walmart."

"On 3/1/24 I was making a purchase with my WIC and when paying I don’t know why my digital coupons sometimes don’t work. I had paid full price before for previous purchase's so I decided to double check. And I saw my strawberries were full price so the self check out lady did it manually, when I paid my receipt came out with digital items only. And my payment was declining. And I tried several times. She said well can’t help you there if payment won’t go thru. I called my card and they said everything was fine. I finally got it that maybe it was the manually discount so went to register 12 and had them rescan me . Without the discount and it worked. So I had to pay full price for the strawberries and the cashier did not try to help me get it right her comment was well at least it’s not your money. Well it is because I have ti try to safe this benefit for a month. Made me feel horrible and manager was there stocking cigarettes and said nothing. Wow I have been a loyal customer but not anymore."

"The people at the smiths are amazingly wonderful. And the people behind the deli counter are on a different level. I really enjoy needed something from them. They’re so helpful and knowledgeable on the items they have. It makes me feel like I’m shopping somewhere fancy when I ask to taste the cheese and tell me information about it. Even there conversation is pleasant."

"Kasharee is a terrible cashier. She wasn’t busy, no one else was in her lane. But she was lazy enough to leave the pints like in the picture attached. All rolling all over the place, not upright. I bagged up some other rolling pints, but most of them were rolling all over the place. I’m complaining because I was a cashier at another job, this is pure laziness. This is rude. No one else was in her lane, she had nothing else to do, yet couldn’t bother to set up the 6 pints correctly? Overall, store is clean and management is nice- they will usually greet any and all customers who walk in."
