"Awful customer service, don’t waste your money one here!"

"Went there for 6-7 years and they where great. Paid a $12 Co Pay that they asked for. Now over a year later they said I was supposed to pay a $14 Co pay and are threatening me with collections if I don't pay the difference. Not my fault if they didn't know what Co Pay I was supposed to pay back then. If it wasn't for this they would've gotta a five star rating. Making me pay for their mistake brings the score down. Be careful..."
