"We were visiting this island and my grandmother got sick. I tried taking her to another Urgent Care closer to our resort and had a terrible experience, but once we found this one only about 15 minutes further - our day was made! The front office staff and back office staff along with the doctor, was just SO NICE! Very welcoming. They were spot on and very transparent with costs and insurance. They were busy so there was some wait time but they were very efficient, fast but thorough. We didn’t feel rushed we felt very well taken care of. I would highly recommended this urgent care! Thank you to everyone who helped turned our day and trip around at this location!"

"Today 1/22/24 I found myself in need of medical assistance far from home. I had the good fortune to see Dr. Alexandra Ditullio. She made a very uncomfortable situation bearable with her compassion, professionalism and caring nature. Without hesitation, I would recommend her. If I should need medical assistance again in the future I will definitely see her."

"I, very unfortunately, found myself in need of urgent care twice while visiting Hawaii and both times I went to this clinic. I was able to get in pretty quickly, and or make an appointment within a reasonable time. Both providers I saw were knowledgeable, and I felt like the care I received was kind and cooperative. The facility was very clean. Many people were there with the flu, and they allowed me to wait in my car, so I could distance from others. All in all, I highly recommend!"

"I was visiting Kona from Maui. I caught my little nephews cold, and had been sick for four days prior to calling Kaloko Urgent Care. Linda at the front desk was awesome. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, she told me to come over right away as a “walk-in”. Everyone was super friendly. It took me 10 minutes to fill out the paperwork and 19 minutes later I was called into an examination room. I was seen right away by the doctor who was super knowledgeable. Fabulous experience and I was in an out in just under 40 minutes. Highly recommend!"
