"HOA closed the clubhouse/gym about 6 months ago over mold found at the spa. Still no updates about when will reopen, but the HOA fees stay the same, even after they replaced all grass with artificial turf, saving millions of gallons of water. No recreation space, less water used, but same fees? They built Durango Resort in a year, they couldn't fix one room in 6 months? HOA gotta be audited!"
"Amazing Pool Area. Quiet area to live. But it has a couple minuses... The club house is closed for 1 year already due to mold. One can only drive 25 mph and photos are taken when one drives more. You are not allowed to walk through the golf club area. One can sue when bullied. It has been a long time, depending where one lives to drive to the home. For us, it took over 15 min to get from the gate to the house. The association is a often a pain. They look through your side gates and complain when things in your backyard are visible from the front (like kids toys, trampolin, slide). Otherwise a great place to live."
"Just an incredible community park and recreation area. The only bummer is that guests have to pay $12. I highly recommend not paying that if you can avoid it. Beautiful pool, awesome pickleball courts. I highly recommend!"
"This is an amazing water park. My family and I enjoy every summer. Last visit I had 4 guests and the front desk guy his name Elijah was so kind and helpful. My kids love the water slides they have fun every time."
