"STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE 01/06/2024 Our check in time was at 3:00PM and we arrived at this location around noon and notified the front desk to let us know if our room is ready for check in. We were told on several occasions when the room is ready, we will notify you via call or text. After 3 plus hours of wait we were finally checked in way after the check in time of 3:00PM. When we finally got to the room, we noticed the exhaust fan was not working in the bathroom, one of the queen beds was rolling on the wooden floor and the wheel lock latch would not work, safe deposit box was not working. We tried calling the front desk several times and finally we had to go down to the reception area to let them know about all the abovementioned concerns. We stayed at this hotel until 01/09/2024 and these issues were not resolved, and we notified the front staff everyday during our stay. We asked to speak with the General Manager, and we were told every time he is busy, he will get back to you. As of 01/25/2024 we haven’t heard back from the General Manager or the Holiday Inn Corporate Office. 01/08/2024 We came back to our room after long day and noticed room service was not done…. garbage cans were full of trash, bed sheets were not changed, no hand soap in the hand soap dispenser and shampoo bottle had water in it. We went to the front desk and notified the staff, and we were told there is no housekeeping available now. We made sure to remove the don’t disturb sign from the door early in the morning. 01/09/2024 Check out day we asked to speak with the General Manager to notify him about the services we received, and we were told he is aware of the issues and will call you back to offer you the credit. We have done everything possible to notify the staff on duty, the general manager and even the Corporate Office and as of today we don’t have any resolution from the merchant. If there is a option to give zero I will give goose egg to this place. You want to ruin your vacation then stay here and waste your heard earned money."

"Absolutely terrible visit. Beyond poor customer service. Lied to us saying they weren't going to charge us for parking. Bed had bedbugs and dust mites. Room was cockroach infested. Manager refused to call us back. We put the do not disturb sign on the door and housekeeping came in anyway and my sister was half naked. We would've been completely fine with switching to another room. We asked to speak to the manager and the staff was very rude. We were offered no assistance. Room charges were not what was quoted."

"Stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. Great location. Room was good - no complaints, it was clean and seemed to be in good repair. We're familiar with the Holiday Inn Express breakfast and it didn't disappoint. Everything was there and tasting very good. The pool was a bit smaller than I expected but at least they had one, along with a nice hot tub. Also used the gym which was actually pretty decent, treadmill, with free weights (dumbells) and a stepper. All of the staff that we encountered were very nice. All in all a nice stay and would recommend."
