"We tried going twice to the one on Henry Street. The first time it was 10 am and no breakfast was offered. The next day we went 5 minutes to 8 and the doors were locked. I called the number and after finally answering the lady said they didn’t have staff to open yet. And then hung up on me. The website says 6am opening. We prefer to eat inside and not use drive thru. If you aren’t able to open at 6 or even 8 please put it on your website"

"Free med fry in the app. Louies rung me up for 3 frys instead because she messed up on the code and failed to ask for a QR code instead she just rung me up and charged me for 3 fries... so i got the manager and was able to get a refund but now my app wasnt popping another code because she messed it up somehow in the system. So they got violent with me because I asked for my fry.. I ran out of there after they ganged up on me and yelled in front of EVERYBODY. I AM SOOO EMBARRASED THAT THEY HARRASSED ME LIKE THAT AND WISH I CALLED THE COPS. I mean its only a french fry and wasnt even that hungry. But to make a mistake and put it on the customer. Ugh. The names where Jenna( manager) and Louis the cash register clerk. Im calling the cops next time i cone in there and I will sue them for harrassing me over a free french fry. Ugh im so disgusted and i am posting pictures of them all over facebook and its the McDonalds in the walmart in Kona. She tried telling me she didnt have a number 9 button to enter the code so WHY didnt she ask for the QR code? Instead charges me for 3 frys and i did not notice because i bought a soda and only when i seen i got 3 frys did i look at the reciept... but why put it on me?"

"Everything was horrible from food to service. McDonald's tend to mess up a simple order and hire pl who can't read."

"I'd give less stars if possible had no issue placing my order and picking it up but this is the second time I've went to mcdonalds for a simple order for it to get messed up or they forget some of my food. I live an hour and a half away I can't just drive to town and get them to rectify the situation. But I try to call them and explain the situation and they don't even answer the phone. I simply ordered the 40 pc chicken nugget deal with two large fries get home and have one thing of nuggets and some fries. Like where the hell is the rest of my food? Like are they going to pay for me to drive back to town and get my food since it's there fault I'd be wasting gas? And wear and tear on my car etcetera."
