"Good morning, Dr. Reed, today was my first time as a new patient at your clinic. I have never been here before so I got here around 10 till 1100am. I walk in spoke to the screener and was told to go to to counter. Spoke to a young lady, I didn't get done speaking and she passed over to the young man. At that time I was asked to wait outside. No worries. It is now 11:10am. I received a text from your office telling me that zI can not be seen because I was late. First excuse. About 10mins later the screener came out and said they can not see me because to doctor stop see patients. Wow, which is it. I am a new patient coming to you for help and this is how you want to start our Doctor, patient relationships. Sir, your from staff is very Rude and unprofessional. I am a combat disabled veteran and your staff had no respect. Sir. I truly hope you read my review. Thank you for your time. Mahalo"

"After reading the reviews, my husband and I had great hopes and made appointments with Dr. Reed. Our appointments were scheduled on different days. His office has a strange policy of the patient calling the office the day before to confirm their own appointment. I followed this requirement exactly for both my husband's and my appointments. Then, abruptly, on 2 separate occasions, the appointments were cancelled by the office. No one called to reschedule either (not that we would have anyway) Buyer beware!"
