"Extremely poor communication… booked a 4 pm session at 10am this morning. Excited with all the great reviews of the therapists work on Google but upon arrival, the receptionist tells us appointment was cancelled as the therapist scheduled had an emergency. I was told they called us at 1pm. Double checked our call log and no missed calls. Apparently one number was wrong and the other one the receptionist claims was ringing on her end but not on our end?? The number receptionist had “inputted wrong” was actually the number she called me back on when we scheduled the appointment as they had not answered the phone the first time around… so they actually did have (2) numbers that were correct. I get accidents and emergencies come up but this is just horrible customer service."

I enjoy the specials they offer during mothers day too. I know they will service each client with Much attention. I highly recommend Rebound."

"Been attending rebound due to a work injury, first time ever going to physical therapy or getting injured this bad. Fallon is my PT and she’s been awesome, knowledgeable, and great every time I have therapy. She’s friendly and easy to work with. I like that it’s one on one, she is great at her job, very helpful in any way she can be, she’s even gone out of her way to bring a hand strengthener, tape me with KT tape, email me exercises to gain my strength back, etc. the staff there is awesome as well! Hopefully after my surgery I’m able to do my rehab therapy with Fallon."
