"Not sure what happened, we went to the shop and Oscar came out to give us an estimate. The price seemed reasonable and we agreed to get the reupholstery done. We called Oscar to set a time/date to bring our chair in and he never called us back. So disappointing, was really looking forward to him working on our stuff since he gets such good reviews."
