"Food was meh but service was good. The thing about Greek grotto is that it’s not authentic Greek- it tasted more like Mediterranean! No roasted potatoes or salad with meal. It tasted OK but no Greek authenticity whatsoever. We won’t be back…."

"Honestly, if I could give no stars, I would. I love Gyros but couldn't even order. We stood for about 10-15 minutes waiting to make an order. We decided to go to hashi and Spoon, where they took our order and greeted us immediately. A little girl cut in front of us to buy water where they took care of her immediately. We were not even simply acknowledged. They don't even smile!"

"Honestly we ordered the gyro & it was super yummy along with the fries. I’m a bartender from Texas, i know how customer service works. I’m super respectful to EVERYONE. The service was horrible. There was an old lady in front of me who the cashier and guy was were rude too as well as me. If it was just me I wouldn’t have said anything. But to an old lady asking a simple question? The food hall is packed. This Greek Grotto has an empty line the whole time though. Guarantee they would probably be full if the employees weren’t so rude and cussing towards eachother in front of customers. Do better. It’s not the customers making this place empty, it is your employees."

"The Greek Grotto at Kuhio Avenue Food Hall serves delicious gyros with fresh pita bread. The Greek style fries are crispy and a good side. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is lively, making it a great spot for a quick and tasty bite."

"Food was cooked and provided quickly. Great portion size too! The food court is kind of small and a little dirty. Some areas are still under construction. The bathrooms were well maintained when I was there. If you're shopping around in the mall and need a quick bite this is a good restaurant."
