Fun To Jump Kona Party Center

"I had the worst experience with this company. I had put in a reservation for a jumping castle months ahead for my sonʻs birthday party. The day of his party, they did not show up when they said they were. I called numerous times to get in contact with Kula but she would not answer my call because it would go to VM. After hours have gone by and her not answering I was upset. She did not have the courtesy to call about why she was late or if she could not make it. When I finally got a hold of her, she was rude and implied that we cancel. And we did, because there was only 1 hour left of the party and at that point it did not make sense for them to come. She ensured that she would refund me. However, a week after the party I had to contact her for a refund and after waiting 2 weeks later for this refund to be processed, it never went through. I would not recommend this company to anyone! They have terrible service, they are very unprofessional, and unreliable."

"A good place to take your nieces and nephews and Sons and Daughters they have two jumping houses two couches for parents to sit on and a foosball table if you get bored and a lot of toys for all the kids and the best part it AC environment"

"I held my daughter's 6th birthday party at the center and it was PERFECT! I let them know what theme and they tailored the room to match it. Four hours of bouncing, rock wall climbing and complimentary popcorn. I added on hot dogs and cotton candy (they also have shave ice available) and everything was reasonably priced! The keiki are well contained and entertained! There is also an upstairs play room with toys and space for arts and crafts. I highly recommend Fun To Jump Party Center for your next event!!!"

"They have Waterlides, bouncers, a rock climber and now a Party Center. Check it out they have an indoor rock climbing wall, never seen that before. They have a concession booth with all sorts of food and snacks including shaved ice and cotton candy etc. SUCH A BLAST"

"If i could give 10 stars i would. We order waterslides from fun to jump every year and the keep getting better and better. Amazing staff and they sure know what they are doing. We just had to make sure we had enough room and they took care of the rest. Now they have a party center in kona, outstanding. I take my god children there almost everyday, you have to check it out.
