"Wonderful shopping experience at La z Boy Reno with Chantal, our design associate and Julie, our sales associate. Both were so friendly and helpful to get us the right furniture pieces for our home. They showed us so many options on style, comfort, and upholstery with leather and fabric choices and colors. Chantal was fantastic to advise us on loveseats, recliners and sectionals and the best size pieces for which area of each room. She showed us on their 3 D design imaging how the furniture would look and fit in each space and adviced us what would work best. The showroom is beautiful. "Ordered a reclining sofa and sectional. The loveseat arrived looking very strange with large gaps between the recliners. The sofa had these as well but not nearly as bad or noticeable. Reached out to customer service which said this is the way the loveseats look. Of course, it looks nothing like what is in the showroom. Or what is online. They say the product can be only returned within three days but it takes over a month to get your piece. So essentially this way they can send you something that looks terrible and nothing like what they showed you with no recourse. Be warned."
