"All of us in our group loved this escape room! We did the Dragon Alley one and it was our favorite escape room we've done so far and we have done several at different places. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the game and participated in a really fun way! My kids, age 14, 12, and 10 loved it, and while it was challenging, when we needed help they gave clues that didn't ruin the experience. We definitely want to come back and do the vampire themed one next! Thank you guys for the fun experience!"

"Hands down the best escape rooms we have come across to date! My son and I did the blood of the original about 3 or 4 years ago as our first escape room ever! Since then we have done quite a few in town at other places and even a couple of them during our travels! However none compare to keystone escape! The moment you enter the facility the vibe of another time is there! The staff are so kind and welcoming and they are totally in character which amplifies the experience! We made it out with 1 min to spare! Highly recommend this establishment for families even with younger children! My youngest was able to participate and actually helped a lot! Thanks to Trinitie for a wonderful time and being so awesome! Can’t wait to complete the newest room once it’s open!"

"My team and I have gone to a lot of escape rooms in the Reno-Sparks area, some very good and some frankly mediocre. This one has been by a good margin the best in the area. The puzzles are fantastic, intuitive enough that you aren't likely to feel like you have no idea what you're supposed to do, but complex enough that you feel clever and accomplished for finishing them. The room is maintained extremely well. The puzzles all work exactly as they're supposed to (which seems like a basic expectation, but the amount of escape rooms with puzzles that straight don't work is depressing). Best however was the atmosphere. We did the fantasy room, which included a full story explained by our guide, and unlike many rooms which give you a walkie talkie to request hints, we had a skeleton named Jim who talked with us the whole time and offered helpful hints. This added so much to the experience, because the hint system was incorporated into the theme of the room rather than being a concession of convenience that takes you out of the moment. If I could rate the room higher than a 5 star I would. Full marks, no notes."

"We chose to do the vampire themed escape room, and it did not disappoint! Maxwell was an amazing host and the entire experience was absolutely something we will be back to try again. The puzzle was challenging and the room was appropriately. Creepy and awesome! We really had a great time together and had such a fun evening. Thank you so much we will absolutely be back, and for anyone reading this if you have escape rooms or if you never tried in the escape room, get over here and try it - so much fun!"

"This place was SO perfect for a family outing! 6 of us had so much fun doing the Dragon Alley. All of us with kids from ages 8-16 and the parents too! It was challenging and yet we got the help when we needed it. The materials were all quality and not run down or broken. Lots of rooms, puzzles and clues. Really one of the best we've done! Thanks for a great night while visiting Reno!"
