"Wait times are ridiculous at the Centennial location. I've had several appointments where we are seen 2+ hours after we arrive (usually 20+ mins prior to our scheduled appointment). Just ridiculous when you have three kids in tow and no games/entertainment for them in the overcrowded waiting room!"
