"No concern for clients based on my experiences. If you need mental health services I would look elsewhere. Getting mental health services should lift you up not pull you down. Terrible communication….poor quality for a “counselor” and Exquisite Mind has the poorest. They take five days to return calls and when they do treat you disrespectfully. You will always have your call answered by a answering machine. One thing they do well is go after the money. Before they asked my name they asked for my insurance carrier and number. Then they required a credit card info with security code on file to “charge” without consent. LOOK at all your options before choosing a mental health provider."

"Do not waste your time with this agency! I was denied services the day of my appointment because paperwork wasn't completed. I never received a phone call or email stating that this was required prior. This is really unacceptable because many people are in crisis and need help. Do yourself a favor and find a company that actually cares about the people they serve."

I call to ask for an appointment & speak with manager Kim, all to wait for almost two months for a visit and she says that they cancelled my appointment due to me not confirming it. I tell her I did confirm it, and send the email confirmation back and all she says is that she can reschedule me for another 2 weeks…. doesn’t even accommodate for an error on THEIR part. not going here or referring anyone to here."
