"Very unprofessional. Do not recommend. My husband called her and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday over the phone. Never received any type of confirmation email/text for documentation just the agreement over the phone. He showed up waited over an hour but she was on a phone call the whole time according to the receptionist that was there. The receptionist physically went to tell her he’d arrived and emailed her twice to let her know he was waiting but she was still on her call. He ended up leaving as he didn’t feel his appointment was of any importance to her. On Thursday he received an email invoice for $170 due to him missing his appointment that she had scheduled for Wednesday. When he initially spoke to her over the phone she said Tuesday, wether she input it incorrectly or said the wrong day, it would’ve been courteous and professional on her part to at least greet him when he showed up on Tuesday and apologize for the inconvenience and explain she had him scheduled for the next day. He had tried calling her multiple times to ask what happened but we have not heard back from her. The receptionist even forwarded him the emails where she notified her that he was there on Tuesday. His credit card has since been charged and we have not heard from this office. Very unprofessional."
