"Update 11/15/23 Got off the phone earlier with Kwame and he refused to give me his last name and or Pharmacist license # ...the manager Theresa said she needed to speak to her supervisor Holly before they made a decision on whether to give me that info. Theresa called me back and said that Holly the supervisor told her that they would not give me that info over the phone and that it was on the wall and I could come down and get that info myself. Anything they can do to avoid being disciplined...it won't stop me. Theresa has been there 18 years at Walgreens you would think they would have let her go by now...absolutely disgraceful this place. Literally an evil place you can feel it when you are there. They only care about themselves. Still have not received instructions on taking my medications safely they just refuse to do the right thing.Called this morning to get pharmacists last name and Theresa and her employees refused to give it out. I than ask Theresa to give me his license # and she said she couldn't do that. That she would have to check with her supervisor. that's James, Theresa, Maggie, Kwame and the Asian Pharmacist who all were notified I had not gotten instructions on how to take the medications safely. this is completely out of control. Just extremely spiteful hateful people at this pharmacy. They should go do a job they like. Update 11/14/23 Today at 2pm I called to have a prescription filled, they said it would be ready at 4pm...of course it wasn't and than they said at 530pm it would be ready in 2 hours...they told me someone dropped the ball...they need an audit by the powers that be. Update 11/13/23 Just got off the phone...James hung up on me after interrupting and talking over me same as Theresa both store managers. You couldn't get more ignorant people than these 2. The music, the heavy accents, the heavy plate glass, and the phone they use at the drive thru echoes at this store. The wait hasn't changed 15-45 minutes and they put you on hold when you call by saying hold than they patch you through over and over saying hold....you can't get in a word to let them know you've been on hold. Corporate office needs to fire these managers as they are putting our lives at risk. James was suppose to call me back to tell me how to take my medications correctly but instead he didn't want to hear my complaints and never did tell me how to take my medications so I don't kill myself. He was too busy trying to be right by talking over me, interrupting me with excuses saying that there was nothing he could do about any of my complaints which is outrageous because the last person I talked to with the heavy accent with a mask on and a plate glass with music outside I could not understand her and now James who was suppose to tell me how to take the medication just hangs up on me. This store needs a class action lawsuit because there are 1000's of us dealing with this BS The ineptitude at this pharmacy is the worst of any business I have ever dealt...almost as bad as dealing with a government entity. I got an email my refill would be ready the 17th of sept and when I called to verify it was ready the automated system said it wouldn't be till tomorrow and I needed it sooner. Theresa the pharmacy manager and James the store manager are shameless when it comes to handling customer service. I had to call corporate to put in a complaint. Expect calls to take 1/2 hour and calling back over and over. Waits at the pharmacy in line or drive thru is normally 15 minutes to 45 minutes. I have been coming here for almost 4 years and the last year has gotten out of control. I can't get my medication because they either make mistakes or they are out of stock and I can go for a week sometimes without medication. I could die but they don't care. I am physically suffering because this pharmacy doesn't do their job right."
