"I am so upset. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. I placed an online order and within 5 minutes I received my email confirmation and noticed I put the incorrect shipping address. I called customer service immediately to change my shipping address. Instead of the lady changing my address ( She stated she could not) she told me the authorization would fall off my account and I would not be charged. So here it is 6 days later and I’ve been charged!!! I called customer service and they stated I would need to call Fed-Ex and update my address with them,( Since by now I did receive a shipping email) Fed-Ex denied my request due to me not being the shipper. So here it is I have been “SCAMMED” for money and “CLOTHING” !!! You should not do hard working people this way. It’s unexplainable how I feel right now. PLEASE CAN SOME ONE HELP A LOYAL CUSTOMER???? THAT WON’T JUST TELL ME ANYTHING AND SEND ME CHASING MY OWN TAIL!!!!!"
