"I call bob store manager on 2/12/24 6.50pm and he said nothing wrong whit the chicken is been 3 time and chicken is undercooked I been years buying this chicken but again 3 times this is a Healt concern #salmonella #rawchicken we need NHD to do inspection"

"Tire and battery department is the worst. The employee there will try anything to send you away, so they don’t need to work. Please just shut it down.. gosh If any manager seeing this, please check the sales of this department. The employee tried to send me home many time by saying its fully booked and the employees in the back are chilling in the back. This sam’s is closer to my house, but the employee here always turn me down. I went to the sams at southwest there were no issues."

"Over all good store quality and quantity on products , but the lack of fixing the issue of giving non members free gas has me not renewing my plus membership. I’ve called the supervisor and manager and seems like they don’t care. People at gas pump just swipe thier card for people. Guess il be doing the same and just moving to Costco again. What’s the point of paying $80+ a year if people can still take up time and make the lines longer Update 12/9/23 As of today 4th time I order scan to go and my orders pushed to the side while others that just ordered are getting priority? What’s the point of scan and go if it’s not faster and still have to wait for people that are bearly ordering ?"

"I love rotisserie chicken and I think that Sam's club has a very good deal on them. I chose to come get three chickens for my nephew's bday party. I chose to purchase it already cooked so that it can save me some time and money. The issue I've had multiple times though, including this time all three chickens, is that it's raw inside. I even took pictures, but for some reason I can't pot them in the review. I've called before and spoke to a manager, just to bring it to their attention. But it appears that no one cares since nothing has changed. I almost gave my toddler raw chicken. That's a health hazard. You can't play with people 's health like that. I hope my review raises some awareness and someone decides to do something about it."

"I've never shopped at Sam's Club before, but I found a great membership deal on Groupon and I thought, "why not?". Sam's Club, where have you been all my life?! I thought it would be Walmart quality food and produce. It's not. It's so much better. Ahi tuna steaks, big beautiful pommies, awesome sushi... I'm impressed! I highly recommend. Oh, and the sales help was available, professional and friendly. A+"
