"Dr Goodhead delivered my baby back in 2007, yes I was 15 years old she wouldn't let me have an epidural because she wanted me to learn a lesson and she wouldn't let my sons father in the delivery room because we were not married. I would never recommend her to anyone."

"Absolutely shameful doctor. This woman needs her license revoked. Absolutely terrifying experience. Talk about being rude and nasty. The way she handles your body, pushing, yanking, talking down on you. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS " doctor". Shame, shame."

"Very bad gynecologist. I’ve been going here for about three years now and my last visit was a turning point for me. Dr., good head is always in and out of the door. She’s never there to answer your questions nor does she provide a genuine experience for any patients. One person tells me one thing and the other tells me another thing on says I’m positive for this then it turns out that I’m negative for it. It’s like they’re playing with your health. They simply just don’t care."

"Dr. Marsha Goodhead should be ashamed to call herself a doctor. As a medical professional I assume having compassion is one of the basic requirements. This lady and all her office staff is horrible and rude. I was in a bad situation (homeless) while pregnant this lady and her scheduler Michelle called me yelling at me. I proceeded to explain that my partner and I needed to make money daily to avoid sleeping on the street. Michelle is yelling, “your baby is gonna die in the street”. While I understand being seen is important so does having some compassion and understanding. Especially since it seems like they accept low income patients hence the reason her and ALL her staff treat people less than. This woman made me feel so uncomfortable. She was so angry with me during a visit that she was yanking my arms trying to check my pressure. During said visit this lady just stuck her fingers in me without letting me know she was doing so and again very aggressively. That was my last appointment with these horrible people. I hade my baby in mission hills, CA. Funny enough I explained my situation to them and they knew exactly who the Dr was and said she had a horrible reputation. My baby is 7 months now. She’s beautiful and strong. I’m currently seeking legal representation as these people don’t deserve to be getting government funds and treating people like this. It’s sickening."

"No nonsense and straight to the point. But I really like that! You can tell she is very knowledgeable and up to date on everything in her field. As a high risk patient during COVID, I definitely needed and appreciated that. Thanks to her, I was able to safely deliver my baby and had a great recovery. She came and personally checked up on me often. My nurses at the hospital also held Dr. Goodhead in high regard and often told me how lucky I was to have her. I feel very fortunate."
