"The gym is well equipped and the staff is polite as well as knowledgeable. Unfortunately there was a strong, unwelcoming odor throughout the gym and "spa" areas. It reminded me of the scent of Las Vegas' sewers."

"It's like they installed ice bath showers. No even warm water, I'm not a cold shower person. Was excited to start working out on some of my lunch break but not if there isn't any hot water."

"When I worked at a planet fitness in California during COVID, there was an extreme focus on cleanliness and staying on top of everything. It was something that set them apart from other gyms. I don't know if it's a worker shortage but that emphasis is just not there in this club. Still friendly staff. I guess you get what you pay for."

I'd like to say that the manager and one of the coworkers that worked during the daytime are Very wecolming educational and they don't have a problem answering questions and giving good suggestions. It's clean and it's well kept and I love using the machines. I Last but not least and a super + the bathrooms and the showers are very clean. The gym is very well kept up and ventilated."
