"We were pleasantly surprised to find petrogliphs here! There is a vault toilet in case you need a rest stop."
"Beautiful camp ground. The stars were amazing at night. Don't forget water."
"Beautiful area with dispersed camping available. They do have one pit toilet, but no other amenties. Cool to walk on the short interpretive trail (has markers showing where a former Gold Rush era hotel was, etc.). Road in isn't too bad. There is also a reconstructed working brick oven that you can rent to use, but the road to get to it is slightly dicey. Wish they had more reconstructed buildings, etc. The real draw is the open space and the lovely valley."
"Ran across this place on accident while dirt biking in the area. The petroglyphs are not worth looking at. If I ran across them without knowing they are there, you would tell they were man made. They're simply some shallow divots in the stone. The only thing to see at the old stage site are a few sign showing the original location of stuff. The only thing remaining is a hole in the ground where the old well was and stacked stones of the old corral."
