"POOR POOR customer service. I never had received a call from them to review my policies. I have receive 3 increases, with no contact, in the past 1-2 years. I have to call them and ask what is going on with the increase, to which they reply....oh well everyone is getting an increase sorry. I have been with Allstate for over 20 years...moved 3 years ago and just picked up the Agent nearest me assuming I would continue to get the same positive service I received from my old Agent. NOT SO! I would NOT recommend Bob at all! I am in the process of research a new Agent as well as a new company! How disappointing that one poor apple can spoil over 20 years of being a customer with Allstate! UPDATE: So I call the office to drop my policies. Normally I would expect a business to inquire (even just a bit) as to why. Perhaps, "Oh..are you adding some new vehicles?" or "I see, may I inquire as to why after 20+ years so you leaving us?". OHHH NOOOO...simply, "OK...ill send you forms to sign" End of Story LOL Boy I am glad I am leaving. With customer service like I have received, I'm thrilled to be dropping Bob and company!"
