"The people at the front desk are not very helpful. She was giving me directions to my room and was telling me to go to the right when in reality I was supposed to go to the left. When I went to my room and took off my shoes I stepped on something white and gooey on the carpet… I put a towel to cover it up. When I got home, I realized I left my makeup bag there and when I called and spoke to Savanah she told me that nobody had turned it in. I had 500 dollars plus worth of make up, brushes and perfume in there. She was rude and was dismissive when I asked to see if I could speak to someone else. Won’t be staying there again. I’m a Hilton Honors member and this was by far the worst customer service I received."

"I don’t typically take the time to write reviews but I had to for this stay. I was so impressed with the employees here! Lisa, the manager was so kind, friendly and helpful! We had a few special requests during our stay and she handled them with kindness. She made us feel like we weren’t staying in a hotel but instead staying in her home, so comfortable! The lady running the breakfast happily gave me almond milk when I asked and had it ready for me every morning. And Lavell ( spelling?) at the front desk was so friendly and helpful when I asked about local restaurants. I can’t say enough about the staff here, just wonderful! When I visit Henderson again I know where I’m staying!"

"Booked 2 nights at this place while we were here for a family matter. Those two nights, we could smell the weed coming from one of the rooms through the hallways. Not only that was the problem. The first morning, me and my dad went to get breakfast. We ate inside. Then we walked out with the food that I have not finished. We went outside to the parking lot so my dad can move his car while I was standing outside making sure his car is parked straight! The next morning, my dad went to go get breakfast and was told by that same old asian lady "Lee" that he is not allowed to get breakfast because we went outside with "MY" food that I have not finished. Lee assumed my dad as one of the people from the social security line across the parking lot from the hotel coming into the hotel lobby and accused him for sneaking in to get free food from the breakfast bar because of the color of his skin!! My dad was telling Lee the truth that he's not one of those people. She didn't believe him and straight up called him a liar in front of everybody. We complained to the hotel manager. Thankfully that woman was on our side knowing that we're just hotel guests and not those random people from outside of the hotel trying to sneak free food from the breakfast area! If you're dark skinned and you're staying at this hotel, be aware of that racist lady Lee who works at the breakfast bar because she will accuse you for being one of those minorities from around the block! I want to leave this review as a one star, but I will give another star to that manager at the front desk for being on our side!"

"I am so satisfied with my stay at Homewood Suites. The front desk was extremely nice and very welcoming. Once I entered the room it was clean and very well organized, and the cleaning staff really outdid themselves. Breakfast is free and delicious and somewhat unlimited. The VIEW was great you could oversee the famous lights of Las Vegas (The Strip). The elevator was clean and the hallways were as well. Overall stay was 9/10. *FREE PARKING *FREE BREAKFAST *CLEAN ROOMS *CLEAN HOTEL"

"Location was close to Costco and all of the favorite shops in a suburb which is an incredible option for someone who wants to be outside of the hustle of downtown. This was an overnight stay and having a full kitchen was perfect as we made breakfast before setting back out on. Our road trip. Next time around we would like to stay longer as it was so nice! Beautiful views, large bathtub. Large windows, very clean."
