"I ordered a caramel mocha frappe and I was waiting for 9mins wondering why no one’s calling my number. I went up and ask and all she said was the machine is broken. Then I have to wait another 5 mins for a refund"

"You people are getting paid good money now up to 21hr but you're just a bunch of overpaid morons now. My wife drives 10 minutes there and back and you clowns didnt put a big mac in the bag. So another 20 minutes is wasted because of your idioticy. Our burgers are burnt. SERIOUSLY. is your job that hard? Ridiculous man."

"They haven't refilled the receipt paper in the kiosks for at least three years now and they can't give you a receipt up front unless your order is up on the screen The pick up here sign has been broken showing the same thing as picture below with out updating for at least three years as well. It appears management doesn't care to fix things."

"To be clear, this one star rating is for the 310 N Boulder Hwy, Henderson, NV store. It may be true for most McDonald's, but the coffee, no matter what size you order, will always have coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup. Now, most of you may not be like me where I remove the lid and drink it straight from the cup. As you know, coffee grounds are bitter... I can handle that. What I can't handle is the wimpy, weakness, THIN 4 cup carriers they give to customers at the pick-up window. I ordered 4 large coffees with 20 splenda and 12 creamers. Upon taking the carrier and laying in on the passenger front seat, I drove home. It was then I noticed the cup holder was disintegrating as I was picking it up. Luckily, I caught the problem before it got worse. As I removed each cup from the holder, the bottom side of the holder had gotten soaked from the dripping coffee, apparently as they were preparing my order. Again, this only happened at the above stated location. I usually go to the McDonald's on Horizon, who doubles up on their cup holders but also has coffee grounds in the bottom of the cup."

"Excellent place for having a meal. I stopped here during my trip from Vegas to Grand Canyon West rim trip. A big shout out to staff Sandra. She definitely makes the difference and the 5 star rating is because of her. Brings a very positive energy and talks to customers in a very friendly manner. Always smiling and trying to provide her best service. The dining areas are very neat and clean too, very well maintained."
