"Made the mistake of returning to this location because my other location closed. Big mistake. This office holds your policy and nothing else. Just like my previous review nothing has changed. They are non responsive to messages, emails, etc. Time to look for another insurance company or bare minimum a new agent."

"Better hope you dont have to file a claim. I have no tickets, no accidents until i scratched a pole causing $2000 in damage, these guys DROP my policy. They dropped me after the agent said "Oh, they'll probably just raise your rates". The agent also knew 2 months before i got the notice. I strongly believe they only wanted to continue to get my premiums. They even told me , "oh, its worse if you file a homeowner claim." BUYER BEWARE!"
