"HORRIBLE breakfast no breads, only packed bagels that taste like plastic and no hot milk! Only some eggs , potatoes some pork leftover pieces, worst breakfast we have ever had. Horrible staff, don’t ever stay at this place"

"Very handy airport location. Shuttle to the terminal and the fbo for private fliers. Ok, price, comfortable renovated room. Cozy bed and pillows. NO restaurant inside and the typical travelers included breakfast. Ok a for quick stay. Room was not well insulated, and voices could be heard from next door"

"After spending a week at Holiday Inn Express, this was a beauty. Beautiful landscape, gorgeous indoor pool and outdoor Jacuzzi and the breakfast was phenomenal, it felt like home, cozy, comfortable, spacious room and delicious breakfast. The service was great and I really appreciate the kindness of the staff during check in time due to technical difficulties. I will make the Hyatt my go to place. Loved the stay and everything about it!"

"Flight was delayed due to inclement weather and had to stay the night at Reno. Hotel is very close to the airport and the shuttle bus to and from the airport is very convenient. Management and staff were awesome, professional, and very helpful! Checkout is at 1200 but with notice they may extend to 1300. Complementary breakfast is from 0600-1000 and was good. Flight was hours after checkout and they were able to tag and hold onto our bags in a secured room while we explored Reno. I highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay the night."

"Friendly staff. Great to have breakfast in the hotel. The room was a bit dirty and smelled though, the odor is coming from near the fridge, perhaps the condensed water isn't being wiped properly? Bath room had hair from previous stay, which was also a bit unpleasant."
