"I brought my baby girl Pepper in a few days ago to get full service grooming done on her. I even called to add nail polish which was not added. I dont believe her teeth where brushed or her glands expressed either. The most disappointing part of the grooming is that my dogs hair is not even nor did she make her look like a girl with bows. I believe 85 dollar grooming with 20 tip should includes some pretty accessories. The first three pictures are after her grooming from here and the last three are from her first time getting groomed at a different shop which cost me 40 with tip. The fourth picture was how she looked before I took her to your shop."

"They did an amazing job! It took longer than expected because they took their time to go at my dogs pace. He's got separation anxiety and has had not so great experiences with other groomers so I appreciated them going slow and not stressing him out more. She also took the time to educate me on better products to take care of him in between groomings. Pricing was reasonable for my large dog. Definitely recommend!"
