"In August 2023 we went on a trip to take our daughter to college for about 10 days. We wanted to be sure to leave our cat somewhere he would be well taken care of because he, at the time, was 11 years old and I worry about his health, safety and security. We requested one of the 10x10 feet cat suites and I found the prices to be very reasonable. We took our cat to drop him off and was greeted by the owner of the hotel. SHE WAS AWESOME! She spent lots of time with us and our cat before we departed and listened to all of our requests. I was nervous to leave him there but felt comfortable that he would be safe. During our trip we were sent videos and pictures of our cat to let us know he was doing well. It was so reassuring to see him often and I could tell he was comfortable and even playful. When I picked him up he wasn't scared or stressed, he was ready to go home and went right back to his daily routines. He had no noticeable behavior changes and was just as he was when we dropped him off. I was so happy with these results; when we left him with our vet for about 9 days two years ago, he was scared when we brought him home; he hid under the bed and while we were gone he would not eat or use the bathroom. This was NOT a problem this time and I that's how I know he was happy. I highly recommend this pet hotel and thank the staff for caring for our senior cat so well."

"Place build with love for your furry kids. It is super clean in there, all the doggies were in indoor playfield and kitties were in a separate playroom. Individual rooms are extremely cute!"

"We couldn't be more happier to have found Z Pet Hotel for our boarding needs for our 3 year old GSP!! Zaneta is incredible! We just moved to LV from LA and were in search for a daycare/boarding place for our pup and were extremely nervous leaving him for the first time in a new place. Our pup is energetic and experiences anxiety so finding a place that truly understands dogs and behaviors was extremely important. Finding Z Pet Hotel was truly a blessing and exactly what we were looking for. From the very start Z's love, passion, dedication, and understanding of dogs showed and made us and our pup feel so comfortable. Our pup was so happy during his stay there, so well taken care off, and he absolutely fell in love with Zaneta and Maria that works there and it shows! There is nothing else that puts us at ease when leaving our pup than knowing he is having an amazing, fun time, in a safe, clean, loving, and happy atmosphere!! "I am so happy to have found Z Pet Hotels! Zaneta and her staff were communicative throughout the entire process. They were even able to take in an extra pup the morning of. This was the first time we had left them for an extended period of time, so naturally there were nerves. Our babies were so loved and cared for!! We chose to reserve one of the suites which was very comfortable for our babies! I could tell that Zaneta and her staff love animals and treat them as their own. We received daily updates and pictures while we were away for about a week. We were so happy and relieved to see how much fun our babies were having and how clean the facility was. We will most definitely use Z Pet Hotels in the future and highly recommend them!"

"The BEST dog boarding ever for my two Furbabies. We are so lucky to find this amazing Z Pet Hotels in Las Vegas. They took good care of our fur babies like their own. Maria greet us with a great attitude. Zaneta the owner is lovely, kind and very accommodating who loves pet very much. She constantly communicated with us daily updates and send us pictures getting along with other dogs. Bella and Skyler seems enjoying their vacation as well. Therefore, nothing to worry during our vacation in Las Vegas. The boarding is very clean with calming music. When we picked up our 2 babies, they were still clean, no scratches and looked very happy. Zaneta and Maria made sure to give medication for Skyler everyday as per our instruction. This place is highly recommended and top notched boarding service. We will definitely be back."
