"My first time here, and the service checking in was fine, she was polite and courteous. She did tell me a different price than I was quoted, but I accepted it because of how matted my yorkie was (it was pretty bad). Then when I arrived to pick him up, the young lady (Lexi) asked me why I was paying more than she quoted me? I told her I just figured it was because how shaggy Benji was, and yet Lexi was kind enough to lower the price to original she quoted me. Then I saw Benji, and they did a fantastic job!
