"We've been going to Fur baby for almost a 1 1/2 , Young did a great job at cutting my dogs hair. I haven't gone to her for awhile due to financial reasons. Finally wanted to take my pet back after 4 months or so, and she literally said she wont cut my dogs hair because we haven't gone back to her in awhile. WOW just WOW. Just because we haven't came back in a couple of months you wont take my dog? Not only that but every time I would bring my dog she would increase the price on me every visit, I thought to myself that's little strange but didn't say anything about it. I asked my friend who also brings her pet to Fur Baby spa, and she wasn't getting a price increase on her pet? So are you picking and choosing what customers should get a price increase? I've also recommended so many people to you in the beginning as well...its a shame. If you are planning on bringing you pets here, I'd reconsider that."
