"I have been on hold for twenty minutes and all I wanted was a quote. The message says you can leave a message and an agent will call back but when I followed the instructions nothing happened. They also don't let you know how long the wait is. It's disappointing because some of the other shuttle competitors in Reno are rude but at least they have a better system in place to field calls."
