"This place is awesome, we talked to a really nice guy at check out. He was super friendly. At first when we wanted to get a cat post that was like 150 bucks on a top shelf there was this lady that was like oh idk if we can get that for you, I was thinking to myself if you can't get it why is it on display so I said I see like 5 of these, what do you mean I can't get one of them? And she was all let me check but idk. I was a little offended buy it because we spent like 400 dollars that day including the cat post. But regardless of that everyone was very nice and super helpful excluding that brief interaction and this is where I will be getting everything for my cats moving forward."

"Could be better as far as the appearance and feel of the store took my daughter and was surprised there’s no carts!!! How do you expect me to carry a toddler and 30lbs of dog food around. The inside of the store is a bit outdated overpriced the manager Cody and Zack were very helpful other than that I’ll stick to petsmart!"

"Took my dog in to be groomed !! He had an appointment at 1:15 they called me two hrs later telling me he couldn’t get his hair cut!! When I spoke Lora the tech who was supposed to cut my dogs hair told me her supervisor Katie told her she couldn’t continue cutting his hair !! Supposedly due to matting!! When I went to another groomer they said there’s was reason why they couldn’t groom him!!! The pictures show how my dog was returned to me !!! What happened was it was getting close to closing time so they were running late!!! I will never shop or take my pet near any Petco !!!"
