"Eagle's perch was definably that. Sitting above in the trees over looking the Lake was just beautiful on a moon lite pre snowy night. We enjoyed our visit with a Bald Eagle as well who perched in the trees before the windows on our snowy blizzard of 2024 stay. The crew at Agate Bay Realty couldn't have been more nicer and helpful. They were there to answer our every question and help out during our stay with our chains dilemma. The house was beautiful and had all we needed from extra sheets to a more than full kitchen supplied. We lost power for 17 hours during our stay with that storm ( which was amazingly quick considering the storm) and the house retained the heat very well. The added wood burning stove took care of the rest. We had a very enjoyable and memorable stay at Eagle's Perch and would definitely use again!! Thank you so much."

"We had a great experience with Agate— we were delayed in our arrival to North Tahoe due to a storm, and they refunded the night we missed. Our original cabin’s power was also out, but they quickly identified a new property for us to stay at, and were communicative throughout our whole stay. The house was overall lovely and well maintained."

"This is a beautiful rental home. I have been coming up to the Tahoe area for a number of years and this is my favorite rental thus far. The home is spacious, functional and was perfect in every way for our group of 8 people and 2 dogs. The home is just as advertised, with stunning lake views from every room. It is surrounded by beautiful scenery and situated in the beautiful, friendly neighborhood of Dollar Point. My favorite part of the house is the upper level, with an open, spacious design between the kitchen, dining area, family room, and upper deck. We like to cook all our meals at home and this set-up worked beautifully. The kitchen is well-stocked and very large, so everyone is free to move about. The bedrooms are private, and the beds are extremely comfortable. Just a short walk away you will find an entrance to Tahoe’s “Multi-Use Trail System” that boasts miles of trails for hiking, biking or cross-country skiing. My thanks to the owners for their noticeable effort in making this home so special and also to Agate Bay Realty for their great customer service. I have used their company several times and always had a great experience."

"Wonderful rental in Tahoe close to great restaurants like Gar Woods and the Old Post Office. Plenty of room to spread out in the house, and the views from the living room and deck were amazing. Everything we needed was in the house, and they thoughtfully left a shovel out front. Would definitely rent this one again!"
