"i was trying to begin laser treatments and maui skin & body offered me a consultation. after sending me what felt like 10 reminders of the appointment, they sent an email cancelling just a few hours before. they didn’t even give a courtesy phone call to reschedule my appointment. i am busy and i work full-time. i greatly don’t appreciate their lack of respect for my time."

"Nothing but love for this sweet amazing lady! I've been getting waxed by Laura for 4 years & always had a great experience. She is good at at what she does & uses a very gentle wax. Up until last year I was only getting my brows & lip done. I was always skeptical about getting a brazilian because I didn't want to experience the pain. However, after reading on her site that she specifically mentions about being an expert in brazilian, I finally got the courage to try it. I remember her being honored that she got to do my first one. Aside from the tiny sting you feel from waxing, it was totally fine & painless.
