"Went in for a couple’s massage and facial and while my wife couldn’t complain, I had a vastly different experience compared to my expectations. Instead of going into extreme detail, I’ll just give a brief of all the cons: 1) Saw a live cockroach in the bathroom before the treatment. Should’ve left at that point, but decided that I’d give them some credit. 2) The music and speaker system was just not working out. At one point there were two contrasting songs being played. I was annoyed, not relaxed. 3) The person working on me kept having to leave the room. 4) The two people working on my wife and me had full-on conversations; not relaxing. While I couldn’t understand what they were saying, they were still distracting me from enjoying the treatment. Now, I will say that the manager apologized for some of these annoyances, but I would still caution folks with setting their expectations about this place."

"We needed a good full body massage. Fantastic Spa was able to accommodate our last minute appointment for my daughter and I. This was her first message and she loved it. This wasn’t my first time getting a message. My masseuse did a great job. She focused on the areas that she felt tensed without me telling her where they were. I would definitely go back if I ever come back to Oahu. There is lots of parking. The area was a little sketchy, but most of Honolulu is anyways."
