"I wish I read the reviews before coming here last minute. Just walked in and they sat us immediately. When she was cleaning my nails she cut too deep and my finger started bleeding, I understand mistakes happen. But looking at my hands nearly every finger has broken skin. I'm not the only one and I wish I just didn't go. It's painful and will take awhile to heal. Edit: added pictures"

"Not a fan. I always have to wait like 30-40 mins to get my nails done even when I’ve had appointments in place. The last time I went they used green acrylic powder instead of nail polish and I couldn’t get them redone any other color after. Also my nails got infected from this place!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

"My nail tech was very nice, I’m not sure her name but she was sweet and didn’t talk much. She had accidentally cut me a few times and I was bleeding and she instantly apologized. Not blaming her but receiving a full set of French tips and paying 85$ not too happy. Super expensive. Granted I love how my nails turned out but 85 is not reasonable especially have being cut and bleeding atleast twice."

"It makes me sad to write this review because this is my go to salon for manicures & pedicures. I love this place & usually get the best service. I went in on Tuesday 5/23 in the beginning of the day to get a luxurious pedicure. It started off great as always & I got seated shortly after walking in. I got a volcanic luxurious pedicure with gel polish. I wanted to get a manicure also but did not have enough time because I had work at 12. The technician offered me the pearl scent which was awesome. During the pedicure, she cut the sides of my toe nails which I did not like because I already have ingrown toe nails but I guess that’s my fault for not telling her not to cut the sides & worsen my ingrown nails. She also ending up cutting my skin on the side of one of my toes. I did not want to make a scene but it mildly stung when I put my foot back into the water. The technician did not apologize, instead she acted as if nothing happened & continued chatting with co worker in their language. I spent $100 total, $86 for my pedicure & tipped $14 to the technician. I don’t mind tipping 20% when it’s earned. Unfortunately I have not been able to enjoy my results because my toe hurts constantly & I’ve been having to clean it 3-4 times per day to prevent an infection. I liked everything else but wish I did not get my skin snipped with cuticles."
