"This is a gel manicure after 4 days. I have not been doing anything crazy with my hands to cause this. When I went in to ask if it could be fixed, the long haired guy told me it’s my natural nail growing out and then got upset when I asked for it to be fixed or a refund. The other lady in the shop had to calm him down. It was very upsetting to have this happen and I had to stand my ground to finally get a refund. It’s just crazy for customers to be treated this way. I heard a lady being treated this way a couple years ago when I tried this place out (terrible manicure then as well) and thought surely maybe they had learned some customer service skills since then."
