"This has to be the worst Longs in the state, which is saying a lot. The people who work here are more concerned with stopping shoplifters than with helping legitimate, paying customers actually find things to purchase. I wouldn't be surprised if this Longs is next on the chopping block for Hawaii's stores."

"2 stars for convenience. Be sure to sign up for their extracare program, or prices are much higher. Id give 5 stars, but I’ve noticed every time I come in (I’ve been shopping here 7.5 months), they all of a sudden blast “customer service, scan all aisles” which is in relation to someone needing to be watched for shoplifting. Considering I live upstairs, I’d have to be pretty dumb to steal. I don’t think it’s a coincidence because this is the 3rd time it’s happened in as many visits, the min I walk in. At least be less obvious about it. Racial profiling sucks, and I hope they do better."
