AT&T Store

"They charged me after I canceled service, I complained and they refunded money to my account. The next month, they charged me again. Instead of wasting my time with their foreign customer service, I just decided to pay the bill as to not ruin my credit score and be rid of wasting my energy on constantly arguing that I don’t have to pay them after I cancel service. Im sure I’m not the only one they do this to. I can only imagine how much money they make from these crooked practices. It seems that many businesses do this nowadays, including Verizon. However, just because other businesses refuse to honor the customer and abide by morals, does not give AT&T an excuse to do the same. It would be in AT&T’s best interest to not charge after we’ve canceled service. They believe that we will not notice, or will not care about a small bill, that we cannot legally pursue because of how small it is, but the principle they violate is an offering to the decadence that they worship. I hope that the employees of this company eventually receive leadership and business practices that honor them, so that they do not have to take the heat from angry customers that were wronged by ones higher on the chain that leave their people for the fire."

"Great service from Dakota in the Kona store. She is always there for me whenever I need help. I was kind of disappointed when I found out that Bryan wasn’t there anymore. He was the main person I would go see. I have worked with Dakota in the past. Bryan and her helped my mom with a iPhone 13 Pro Max that I gave her. My mom still talks about them and it has more than a year. I would give her 10 stars if it were possible."

"I went into the store with a 5 year old phone that had lots of problems. Problems were fixed with help from Melissa S! She walked me through the phone problems and I realized how old , slow and ineffective my phone was. I ended up buying a new Galaxy A54 phone and I love it. Great service from Melissa! Thank you!"

"I’ve been with AT&T(formerly Cingular)for about 20 years now. I’ve never been unsatisfied when I go in for help with my phone. I learn new things that the phone can do as well as the apps I need to download. They work within my budget and give me the best possible service they can. I also have Direct TV with them and I LOVE it!!!"

"The store manager was doing nothing. He could've helped us but he was just idling around. I guess he felt he was too important to do anything except check customers in. We waited 45 minutes for something that took less than 15 minutes to sort out by a very helpful staff member. That guy is a self important pompous individual and if he worked for me I would fire him immediately for lack of customer focus."
