"Reserved a For 11:30, shuttle didn’t pick us up till 11:50. It’s now 12:23 PM and we are still standing at the airport rental site waiting for them to “bring our car around “. Not sure where they are bringing it from but they left us standing here and are helping others in line…TERRIBLE customer service…there was nobody in line ahead of us..they just take FOREVER here! 12:40 got a mgr to bring us a car, it’s dirty with two small dents, but at least we can get out of here and enjoy Maui."

"Good prices, good service and good cars. There’s about a nine minute ride from the airport. The shuttle was easy to find and left quickly. It’s nice not having to go into the car rental complex via the train. Only downside is that they do not open until 8 AM so with an early flight and an early return you’ll need to get a ride back to the airport."

"Please do yourself a favor and read the reviews before booking. You'll thank me later. Best advice: do not use this rental car company as they engage in deceptive sale practices and tactics. The car we rented was extremely dirty. The interior was all dusty and filthy. We litterally had to wipe down the entire car before could even get in. Obviously when we got there they didn't have the car we originally booked. This was the second car he presented us, as we refused the first car, an old dirty beat up and dented minivan. The agent was very rude. After a 7 hr flight and 45 min wait in line he told us that if we don't like the car he can cancel the reservation and we can go somewhere else. His name is Dustin K. Do not fall for their prepaid gas. Their deceptive sales tactics were very sneaky!They get you by claiming they have the cheapest gas in town. Then charge you for a full tank of gas regardless of how much you use. FYI, no one will pickup the phone when you call."

"Car was given to us with bad breaks and very worn old tires. End up getting a flat and they did not stock the car with the necessary tools to fix the flat or give a spare tire. When trying to return to get a new car with better tires, employees are very rude. And speak down to you. It appears that they do not take very good care of their cars. They should be taking care of their vehicles. So their customers don’t waist a day of their vacation. They are very slow and very rude. None of the employees communicated and we ended up having to wait in the heat for 45 minutes. Check your tires and breaks before taking the rental car. They will make you pay for it. The girl checking us out even said they were worn."
