"Called to see if they had a battery in stock. Some guy said I need the number off the battery, I asked if he needed the serial or the model number and he just kept repeating I need the number off the battery. Gave him both numbers and immediately after without a second to look either up he said no man, we don't got your battery then hung up on me. I hoped they'd be better in person so I went in and found an employee to help me but they had me waiting for over 20 minutes with no answers. If you can't find it on the shelf on your own it's not worth stopping here, they don't care enough to help you get specific parts from the back."

"I delivered items to this store, it was my first time, nobody was helping me sign off or take there stuff, everyone there seemed stressed and depressed, then I found out why. Delivery drivers have to be on the move, fast, but also polite and patient. I was there for a few mins and I’m guessing it was the owner but he ended up screaming at me on the top of his lungs to get out several times which was super embarrassing and intimidating. I had my hand truck in the back so I asked politely if I could get my stuff and I’ll wait for him to sign the delivery papers in the front of the store, which then he made me wait for 5 to 8 mins after being embarrassed.This definitely made a lasting impression on me and anytime I think of this store I get heated and I want apology or for someone to yell at him directly in the face boot camp style haha. But I’ll never recommend this store in fact I’ll redirect people to other places. This happened a few years ago and I just seen this store on google maps and I felt like I need this guy to apologize. I will take this down if that happens but I don’t plan on it. Lesson is don’t yell at customers or anyone or it will come back around."
