"Disappointed with this place. I dropped off a tire to be patched. I showed the worker the tire and confirmed they could work on it. I get a call an hour later and they tell me they can’t fix it. I get to the store to pick up the tire and see they removed the nail then decided they couldn’t fix it! So here’s what should have happened. When I dropped the tire off they should have told me right then and there they couldn’t fix it, don’t waste my time. Second, if they couldn’t fix the tire they shouldn’t have touched it and removed the nail!! Now it won’t hold any air! For being a major brand tire company they sure need to get with the program and have properly trained employees or just shutdown."
"Trish & her crew at Goodyear are amazing! Great customer service & Trish always tries her best to get us the earliest appointment. She even squeezed us in when we had an emergency with our daughter's car! They also were able to repair an issue with our daughter's car that no other repair shop was able to figure out! "I made an online appointment for our 2 vehicles for an oil change. When we got there I was told they can’t honor the appointment because the online system doesn’t sync properly and they said they have been trying to fix it a long time. I asked why not just update appointment by phone only? They just shrugged their shoulders. Then I asked if they were open on Sunday’s and the employee said No because we all like to watch football. My husband and I were so shocked he said that. Nonetheless, that will probably be the first and last time we go there."
"Made an appointment with good year ahead of time on a Monday for a flat tire /change service appointment Wednesday. Dropped it off at 730am and had it back by 150pm on Wednesday. Tire was changed and all is well and good. Note to people: Make sure you have an appointment before you walk in...call before going in. Service was great...thank you good year and their employees!!"
