"This is my second time using the Auto Service center. The team is great, the service is great. 10/10 would recommend."

"I love the quality of service provided at Walmart. The oil change was quick a couple of years ago but now in 2023 it’s soo long of a wait, approximately 4-6 hours wait. Errrr. I hope they get more technicians."

"Whatever you do. Just please please please do NOT waste your time getting your oil changed at Walmart. I️ arrived at 7:15 AM on a Saturday with 2 cars in front of me and it took FOUR HOURS AND 28 MINUTES to get the oil changed. FOUR HOURS AND 28 MINUTES! When I️’m on the mainland, I️’m always in and out in 30 minutes. I️ have one weekend day that I️ don’t work and the extremely slow service really messed up my whole day. DO NOT GO HERE."

"Called multiple times, they didn't EVER answer. Like, I was on hold 40 minutes. Figured must be walk in, drove all the way in, they didn't have my tires. They couldn't even order my tires! It's probably the least exotic car made. But they said they would install tires purchase elsewhere. A week later, got tires in the mail. Tried to make an appointment to install them. They NEVER answer the phone. So I just go and get in line, wait a half hour, nobody talks to me. So I go into the store, they say "well do you have an appointment?" Well I'd love to make an appointment except nobody answers the phone! I didnt know you could make appointments! He says to talk to one of the guys outside. Guy outside says they're swamped and can't do it. I'm like... I drove here twice on a donut! Seriously? He says maybe in 6 hours he can change just the one tire, maybe not. Didn't take my name or anything so idk how I'm on any kind of waiting list. I decide to wait anyway. While waiting, I try calling again to make an appointment for the other 3. Finally I get thru! They can't get me in for 4 more days. So over it, I called a place up the street but and they could get me in immediately. Probably almost twice the cost. But worth every penny. I read the reviews, I wasn't expecting much in the way of customer service. I expected long wait times. But just absolutely impossible. The time wasted, the extra trips into town on a donut, the aggravation. If they're THAT understaffed and overworked you have to start wondering... how good is their work? How often do they make mistakes? You get what you pay for. Maybe if by some miracle you can get thru by phone to make an appointment, it might be worth the savings. But I'm never going back."

"Called to make sure they had the right tires and they did. Said its walk-in only and we knew that already. Went in next day little after 7. Waited little over an hour. The guy who was checking in people said to move the vehicle on the side and he'll get to us. Noticed him helping others who came after us. Then when he got to us said he had to help people with RESERVATIONS and said places always help people with reservations before walk-ins. This is including a bunch of people waiting for oil changes. Also was talking to a guy who came after with no reservation and got helped before us. WE ARE ALL GROWN PEOPLE HERE. DONT NEED TO LIE!"
