They would not let him remove the car without mailing documentation that he can't mail because he's bed-ridden. Unhelpful customer service. A true pyramidscheme, there is no escape. If that brokerage company has multiple offices in your location, which Pyramid has two offices in Oahu, two in Kauai, one in Maui and one in Hilo, they can generally access your information at all of them or they assist you in getting in touch with personnel that knows your account best and/or relaying the information to them, so again a one stop shop.
