"Edit: dec 2021 How to reach the shop? It has almost been 2 years and still haven’t been able to get in touch. I want my purse back so badly. Post: march 2021 I have left my purse about a year ago for a repair, but due to Covid I haven't been able to get it back. I received a voicemail saying it was ready, but haven't been able to get a hold of someone: they don't pick up the phone, the voicemail box is full (for months now, I left voicemails before it was full), the shop is closed (I checked every day for months) and I didn't receive an answer to all the letters I left/send to the shop. Is there anyone who knows how to get a hold of someone at the shop? I see a review from this year, I am not able to respond to that review, but Tom Harris if you see this, please let me know in another review how you received your item back. Thank you!"

"Can someone please tell me how to reach this store? I left shoes and a purse there at least a year ago and I need to know if they are finished or if i can come and get them. I have gone by twice when the store is supposed to be open, but can't leave a message on the phone and no one appears to be there. I would really like to just get them back!"

"Garrett has done very good repairs on several of my Birkenstocks. Don't worry about the "look" of the store -- he's overwhelmed and backlogged, especially in this Pandemic, so it takes a while to get to your shoes, but his work is top notch, great quality, with a heart of service and pride."

"The hours of operation are bad and the place looks crowded and unorganized. However, so is just about every other luggage repair shop I have been to. Saturdays are the busiest since they open the longest that day. Owner can be gruff at times but he is knowledgeable and honest. I haven't gotten anything repaired because most of my luggage and shoes that I have brought there is either end of life or not worth fixing. Make sure to call first to see if your luggage is available for pick up before you head over as they suggest. They know their luggage and shoes well."
