"Very limited selection of red wing boots in stock. Sales lady didn't measure my feet or open the boxes she handed me. Called several times over the past 2 days during business hours. Busy yesterday and went straight to voicemail today. Not feeling like a happy customer. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Well it's been a month and I just found out that my boots are back ordered. I have been calling weekly for updates and I just found out today that they are back ordered. I was originally told it would be 2 weeks until I had my boots. I was also led to believe that my boots would be shipped on Monday of this week and I went in today for a status update. I was informed that they were on back order and that there was no estimate of shipping date. WHY DID IT TAKE MONTH TO TELL ME MY BOOTS WERE BACK ORDERED?? I am not sure where these great reviews have come from....I would guess from friends and family, not he customers. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. sAVE YOURSELF AND GO TO ANOTHER STORE."
