The reason I took off three stars was because the times I’ve visited the Kailua location, the sales associates were not welcoming at all and after your purchase transaction it’s so awkward because it just seems like they want you out. Also, I wish they could honor gift cards online AND in-store."

"What a great place to shop!! The lovely sales clerk knew the store well! My daughter went into dressing room and this young lady made it happen! The clothes are soft, well made and pricey but worth it because they are unique to Hawaii. We shopped today Monday we had a blast!"
